How did the high school football season go overall?
“The season started off great but mid-season we went on a slump and in week 8 during practice I tore my ACL.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“My plans now, and have been, to go to therapy and get back in shape for next season. Also I have been working out my upper body.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I think we will do pretty good next season. We have most of our skill players returning from last season. We have a new head coach so we will just see how it goes.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I think Haywood will be our toughest game because they are always a very talented team and they have a bunch of very good players and good coaches.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“Donteze Joy from Westview is a very talented receiver, I think we will have trouble stopping him.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes I want to play college. I would like to play for Tennessee or Ole Miss.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“No college has been recruiting me yet, but in time I think they will.”

“N/A.”

“I haven’t had any visits to any colleges.”

“I have always wanted to pursue college sports. I have been getting recruited for baseball and football. At the moment I am not sure what sport I will want to play in college.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“Some of the football schools have been MTSU, Tennessee Tech, UT Martin, Austin Peay, UNA, Carleton, Hendricks and some others.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I would say all the schools have done a very great job recruiting me and all of them have made me feel welcome.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have been on a game day visit to Tennessee tech and MTSU. I will be attending a junior day at UNA and MTSU here soon.”

Do you have plans for any trips soon?
“I will be taking some junior day visits to MTSU along with UNA and possibly going to see some other schools.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I have always been a VOLS fan my whole life. I love going to Neyland on Saturday nights and going up for a weekend to Linsey Nelson.”

“Yes I want to play football in college, it’s just about finding the right fit for me.”

“I’ve had a couple of colleges that have been in contact with me like the University of Pikeville in Kentucky and the University of Carleton in Minnesota.”

“I would probably have to say Carleton College in Minnesota.”

“I did have a game day visit to the University of Pikeville at the end on the season last year, but that’s been about it so far.”

“Not any in person visits with workouts going on, but I do have a virtual visit to Carleton College this weekend.”

“Yes I’m from West Virginia so I’ve always liked the Mountaineers.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I do want to play football in college. I am still early in the recruiting process and haven’t been to many schools but I would hope to play somewhere like Tennessee, ETSU, or Berry.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have been talking to coaches from Cornell, Tufts, Berry, Carleton, and Carson Newman.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Out of these schools I’d say I’ve had the most conversations with Coach Jones from Tufts University.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“Yes, I’ve visited Carson Newman during their game against Mars Hill.”

Do you have plans for any trips soon?
“Yes, I plan to visit Berry for one of their camps at the end of May and plan to attend a few other schools (UTC, ETSU, Maybe UT) camps during the summer.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Growing up I liked watching Ohio State as my grandfather played football there.”

“I am currently in baseball season, but still going to football junior days. I have been throwing the football 3-4 times a week along with baseball every day. I also workout with Coach Allen Ervin every morning.”

“I see ourselves in the state championship at the end of the year. But we are never looking ahead and we are focused on 1 game at a time.”

“I think we play many great and well coached football teams throughout the year, but we never look ahead at matchups, we are just focused on Northpoint week 1.”

“I think we will encounter many great players, but I am only worried about ourselves and never the players across the line.”

“I feel like our team will improve drastically from last season with our new coach Wyatt Page coming in.”

“I feel like Pearl Cohn will be our toughest competition this upcoming season, they are always a strong team and I don’t think this season will be anything different.”

“I personally believe that Ahmoyre Galbreth from Clarksville High School is going to be the toughest player we’re going to play this upcoming season, he was a problem to handle last year and I don’t think it’ll be any different this season.”

How did the high school football season go overall?
“Overall our record wasn’t what we expected and it wasn’t what we worked for, but we learned from a lot of our mistakes and grew as a team which allowed us to come back and end the season with a big win against Maryville.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“My plans now are to continue working and getting better. We’ve been lifting as a team for a few months now and we are getting ready for spring practice. I’ve also been working with Devin Driscoll at D1 as well as working routes with my QB to prepare for the season.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I’m very excited to see how our season next year plays out. We have a great team with a lot of guys who are hungry to get at it. I believe we will have a great season.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Our toughest opponent this year will probably be our rival Bearden. They aren’t losing many people and will be similar to the team they were last year.”

“We will face many tough players, there isn’t only one who stands out to me.”

How did the high school football season go overall?
“We had a rough past season with a new coaching staff and moving up a division. The cherry on top being a recruiting violation that ended our season prematurely. Regardless, I had personal growth and relationships established, and revealed what I’ve yet to tap into with a switch to safety. My team is hungrier than ever and we’re really anticipating this upcoming season. Coming for it all.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“I’ve got track season and our usual off season training regimen which consists of both conditioning and lifting. Been studying film like crazy and working mobility as well as training my base skills. Simply put, business as usual.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“State Championship… there is no settling for less. I know what we are capable of, and I personally will not expect anything less.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I believe we will be playing Thompson out of Alabama again this year. One of our toughest games to date and given we left with the win in our previous face-off, they will come with a chip on their shoulder. The Chattanooga teams in blue and red will also stand between us and the chip. Expecting big time games from these two.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“Not sure yet. Doesn’t matter. The goal doesn’t change, just more hype around a name on a paper. Ball is ball, doesn’t matter how good you’re supposed to be. For me personally, you’re going to have to prove it to me.”

“Football.”

“I’ve got a total of 38 offers at this moment in time. Notable mentions are Michigan, LSU, Tennessee, Florida, UNC, Stanford, Oklahoma, Mizzou, Ole Miss, Texas A&M, and Penn State.”

“At this moment in time, LSU, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Stanford, Vandy, and Texas A&M.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I’ve made quite a few. A couple recent ones are Stanford, Tennessee, Louisville, Oklahoma, Florida, Texas, and Alabama.”

Do you have plans for any trips soon?
“LSU on March 9th and UTK sometime later in March.”

“Ironically enough, LSU. My father and family on that side are from NOLA and I grew up cheering for them. Dream came true to be going through the process of recruitment with them. My pops is certainly excited to be a part of this process. Used to tell me all the time on NCAA the game he’d make me as a creator character for the Tigers in purple and gold. Now it could be real.”

“I think the season went alright, we really left a lot out there, we should’ve done way better than we did but we did alright for the amount of work we put in the off season which was a lot, and it we let ourselves down.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“I really plan on taking it even more seriously than I did last year and plan on working harder to achieve what we should’ve this year.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I feel like we will do better than we did this year. With our coaching staff I know we will and the mentality we all have now knowing how much we accomplished last year due to the year before.”

“The high school season went well, I think as a program we grew a ton and have built the foundation for the future of Ensworth.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“My plans as of right now are to continue with baseball and after school workouts.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I feel that our team has a ton of talent and potential and that is up to us to decide how good we want to be.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Playing in our division comes with playing against the best teams in the state weekly so there’s definitely going to be a ton of competition but one team in particular I’m excited to play next year is Lipscomb.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“There have been a bunch of great players in our division the last couple of years but no one in particular stands out. I’d say there’s a few good quarterbacks in our division that are always fun to play against.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes I plan to play football at the next level.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“So far there has been a good number of teams recruiting me and I currently hold 17 offers but I will be releasing a top 5 or so in the next month or so.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I’d say as of right now there have been quite a few schools recruiting me hard but UNC seems to stick out a lot to me.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I visited UNC and Missouri in January and hope to visit a few others in March such as Ohio State and Ole Miss.”

Do you have plans for any trips soon?
“See above.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“Yes growing up I was definitely an Alabama fan and loved watching them play.”

How did the high school football season go overall?
“The season went well, ending 12-1. We wanted to go all the way and win state, so we fell short but we'll be back next year.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“I've just been training and working on my ball skills and movement, as well as lifting and preparing my body. I'm also running track too.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I think we will make it back to where we were this past season, but we have to break through that 3rd round so we'll be working towards that.”

“I don't have the schedule, yet but we'll be prepared for anyone we face.”

How did the high school football season go overall?
“This past season was difficult. New coaching staff, new head coach, and new conference. It definitely didn’t go as planned, but this coming season is going to be COMPLETELY different. The team is ALL IN, and we have something to prove.”

What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“I'm completely focused on getting better. This is going to be my year to dominate, so I'm super focused on the details and making my workouts push me to get more than the day before.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“We're going to be great. My brothers and I are going to be just fine.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“That's hard to say at this point, I feel like everyone is still trying to figure themselves out.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“There's a lot of talent out there, especially in Tennessee, and every year someone steps up and balls out, so at this point I'm going to say everyone is going to be tough. I don't sleep on any athlete, we all have to compete, we all have to be ready when that ball snaps.”

“C'mon! Absolutely! By God's grace and blessing, I will be playing football at the next level on Saturdays.”

“The season didn’t go as expected as a team but I had my best individual year of my high school career despite only winning 3 games.”

“I am in the middle of my junior year of basketball but as soon as it ends I will be in the gym preparing for my senior year of football.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“Next year should be the best year we have had in a while, we finally started putting games together near the end of the year last year and with us being young we should improve going into next year.”

“York or Bledsoe County will be the toughest, Bledsoe is like us in the fact of being young and they were solid last year and York is usually a good football team.”

“Bledsoe County has a defensive end that was a problem last year so I will bet he will be one for his senior year.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I want to play football in college and possibly run track.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“There have been a lot of colleges recruiting me, it has been hectic lately but I’m just enjoying the process.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“There are a few schools making the jump to maintain a good relationship.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I have made a trip to Mississippi State recently and I really liked it.”

Do you have plans for any trips soon?
“I don’t have any trips planned soon but I’m sure that will change.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“My favorite colleges growing up were Mizzou and Illinois.”
