What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I’ve been doing summer practices with the team, going to a few training sessions with some NFL vets.”

What do you feel you have improved on most this off-season?
“I feel my run blocking, footwork, pass sets, and my strength have improved the most.”

How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I think we’re in for a big year, we can go as far as we want to. It’s going to take discipline and focus to do so. The goal is state for sure though.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“Oakland or CPA.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“We’ll face a lot of good players this season, I can’t just say one player.”

“Football, and OL as my position.”

“Before I committed, schools like Tennessee, Cincy, Purdue of course, Western Kentucky, Marshall and Vandy.”

“Purdue.”

“I have gone on my official visit to Purdue, that’s all this summer.”

“I don’t have any plans as of now.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I’ve been working out, training my feet and arm strength.”

What do you feel you have improved on most this off-season?
“My arm strength.”

How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I feel like we will win a lot of games, win the first Heritage region football championship, and make a deep playoff run.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“East Robertson.”

“Isaiah Groves.”

“Yes, my dream is to play college football and I don’t care who for.”

“I have done many camps this off season and I felt that I did very well and impressed some coaches.”

“Yes I have UPIKE tonight and Morehead State camp tomorrow.”

“Stanford.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“This off season I’ve been hitting the gym really hard trying to spend 3-4 hours a day in the gym. I’ve based a lot of my workouts on getting my legs more explosive doing exercises such as power cleans, front squats, and trap bar deadlifts/squats. So far since last season I’ve gone from 185 lb on bench to 310lb, Power clean 225 lb to 265 lb, Front squat 245 lb to 335 lb.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I feel like I’ve mostly improved my size and strength the most this offseason. I had ankle surgery back in November after I broke it in the last game of the season. I got my boot off at the end of December and I immediately got back to work in the gym and started stacking on weight and increasing my strength at a rapid rate. I was 180 lb in January but right now I’m sitting at 210 lb in May.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I’m very excited to start this upcoming season, we have had a lot of great things happening in the Forrest football program this offseason. We have hired a new head coach, Justin Palmer who has brought a fantastic coaching staff with him. I believe with our new offense and defense a lot of people are going to be surprised at what we will accomplish this upcoming season.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I believe the toughest team we will play this season will be Marion County.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“I think the toughest player that we will have to face off against this season will be Sam Pickett. He's been a great player throughout the years who has made a significant impact in the game for his team every time we play Marion County.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I’ve always had a dream of playing sports in college, specifically football.”

“Wisconsin is definitely recruiting me the hardest right now, and I’m just blessed and thankful to be in contact with their coaches and recruits.”

“I did attend a Samford camp and I personally thought I did quite well, and as I type this out I’m on the way to a UAB camp where I intend to do amazing.”

“This off season the whole Independence football team has been grinding every morning from 6am to 8am, we start with workouts and injury prevention for the first hour then do on the field drills and conditioning.”

“I think I could confidently say both my speed and strength have improved this offseason.”

“I anticipate a big year for the Eagles, I think most people wouldn’t say the same, but after working with our guys and getting an idea of what’s to come I’m very excited!”

“I personally feel like Page High School will be a battle, now there’s still teams like Oakland and Ravenwood but the first team to come to mind is Page High School.”

“I can easily say Duane Morris from Oakland is the best individual athlete we will have to face.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“Lately I have been in the lab trying to perfect my game for the college coaches coming out to our spring practices and for this upcoming season.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I have definitely improved by trusting myself, I needed to trust myself in making plays because I’m a real playmaker.”

“Our team is looking really good this spring, looking like a REAL DEAL team. I don’t see anyone on our schedule stopping us.”

“I feel like Oakland is the only competition next season because they are just a generational team. But it will be a good game. By the way we are looking raps on top.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“Lately I have been in the lab trying to perfect my game for the college coaches coming out to our spring practices and for this upcoming season.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I have definitely improved by trusting myself, I needed to trust myself in making plays because I’m a real playmaker.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“Our team is looking really good this spring, looking like a REAL DEAL team. I don’t see anyone on our schedule stopping us.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I feel like Oakland is the only competition next season because they are just a generational team. But it will be a good game. By the way we are looking raps on top.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“Daune Morris will be the only player I see that would make us work but we have a really good defensive front to stop all of the run game.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I 100% want to play football in college, this has been my sport since I was 4 years old. I fell in love with it.”

“I’ve been getting recruited lately by SEMO, Kentucky Wesleyan, Indianapolis, Lindsey Wilson, ETSU.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“SEMO has been staying in contact with me a lot recently. I love what they are doing over there.”

“I haven’t made many trips yet but I took a trip to SEMO a couple weeks ago.”

“I’m planning to go to FAMU, Ole Miss, and a few others that haven’t been finalized yet.”

“SEMO, Kentucky Wesleyan, Indianapolis, Lindsey Wilson, ETSU are the camps I’m planning on going to.”

“My favorite teams growing up were definitely Alabama and Auburn because my parents grew up around those areas.”

“I have been really focusing on getting stronger this offseason and staying in the weight room.”

“I feel like everybody is counting us out but we are a tough, physical team that won’t give up. We have a chance to go 10 next season.”

“My goal is to play college football anywhere that I can earn an athletic scholarship too.”

“The school recruiting me the hardest this offseason would be Yale.”

“I have been on a visit to the back-to-back D2 national Champions Ferris State University.”

“The visits vary from what schools are interested. But Yale has been heavy on getting me up there to visit.”

I received some D3 offers from Sewanee and Grinnell and have also been speaking with University of Chicago, University of Indianapolis, Rhodes, Centre, UPENN, Kentucky-Wesleyan, Hillsdale, Ouachita Baptist and Carleton.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“No single team stands out yet but Grinnell and Sewanee have extended offers to me and I’ve received camp invites from several other schools like Dartmouth, UPENN, UAB, Rhodes, UINDY, and Vanderbilt.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“Took part in SEMO’s junior day and spring game on April 20th. Had a great time and am looking forward to visiting more colleges this summer.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“No trips right now because of spring ball, but over the summer I’ll be traveling.”

“Still figuring out my camp schedule right now. Going to be stopping by UAB, MTSU, Vanderbilt, and Tennessee. I will be adding more schools to that list soon.”

“Purdue has always been my favorite college because my parents went there. Went to multiple football games in Ross Ade and a ton of basketball games in Mackey Arena. Love their campus and facilities.”

“Yes, I have been working on my college recruitment since Sophomore year. I have talked to many different schools and have my options open until that one offer comes in. My top school that I’m interested in as of right now is Middle Tennessee State University.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have had many talks with college coaches and different organizations from all over. The top schools I’ve been in contact with have been MTSU, UT Martin, and Memphis. I have also had contact with schools such as University of Kentucky, and Ole Miss, as well as many D2-D3 programs.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I would say Middle Tennessee State University would be recruiting the hardest. I’ve been in touch with them as well as my two Junior Days with them. They have treated me with a lot of respect and I find their school to be home.”

“Yes, I have Visited MTSU twice recently as well as UT Martin 3 Times from past year. I’ve been to Ole Miss and many other programs as well.”

“I have been doing private speed and agility workouts and linebacker drills during the off-season on personal time. I have been trying to perfect my form and craft to be more physical and mentally intelligent from on and off the field.”

“I would say getting off blocks and shedding lineman for the open gap. My pass coverage has improved tremendously and I hope to use these new techniques for the upcoming season.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I fully believe our team will be a winning team as we have a lot of talented men who have been working for this since freshman year. There will be challenges along the way but we will go through them as a team to be successful.”

“I think our best rival has been Huntington High School. Just like our team they have many talented athletes and always look forward to facing them throughout the season.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“Working out with the team, sometimes I do 2 a day and also I do a bunch of different workouts every week.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“I have been doing private speed and agility workouts and linebacker drills during the off-season on personal time. I have been trying to perfect my form and craft to be more physical and mentally intelligent from on and off the field.”

What do you feel you have improved on most since last football season?
“I would say getting off blocks and shedding lineman for the open gap. My pass coverage has improved tremendously and I hope to use these new techniques for the upcoming season.”

How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I fully believe our team will be a winning team as we have a lot of talented men who have been working for this since freshman year. There will be challenges along the way but we will go through them as a team to be successful.”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I think our best rival has been Huntington High School. Just like our team they have many talented athletes and always look forward to facing them throughout the season.”

“Yes, I have been working on my college recruitment since Sophomore year. I have talked to many different schools and have my options open until that one offer comes in. My top school that I’m interested in as of right now is Middle Tennessee State University.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I have had many talks with college coaches and different organizations from all over. The top schools I’ve been in contact with have been MTSU, UT Martin, and Memphis. I have also had contact with schools such as University of Kentucky, and Ole Miss, as well as many D2-D3 programs.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“I would say Middle Tennessee State University would be recruiting the hardest. I’ve been in touch with them as well as my two Junior Days with them. They have treated me with a lot of respect and I find their school to be home.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“Yes, I have Visited MTSU twice recently as well as UT Martin 3 Times from past year. I’ve been to Ole Miss and many other programs as well.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I plan to be back for MTSU for summer and I will be at many other camps as well.”

What camps are you planning to do this summer?
“I have lots of camps I will be attending this summer such as; MTSU, UT Martin, Murray State, Alabama Football, Memphis, and Vanderbilt.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“While growing up, I have always been a fan of Alabama’s Team from the perfection and Mindset for what it takes to Win. When I pursue my college career I want to maintain a high standard for myself for what it takes to win.”
