“Yes, game day visits and a visit to Tusculum on June 29th.”

“I’ve done one camp and I did alright but I plan on showing out at my next one coming up.”

“We have been working out hard and doing speed development.”

“I have been going to the gym and lifting 3 times a week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and I’m doing conditioning and agility on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.”

“Catching/tackling.”

“I think we will do pretty good.”

“I’ve improved on my speed the most, that was a big emphasis on our training this summer.”

“I think we’re going to do great, definitely looking forward to the season.”

“Oakland will probably be the toughest, they are usually ranked high every year.”

“Yes I have been to Samford and Wofford and North Alabama, ran a 4.46 and got offered by all of them and performed well on both sides of the ball.”

“No more camps.”

“My favorite college growing up was Georgia.”

What have you been doing as of late with off-season workouts?
“This off season the whole Independence football team has been grinding every morning from 6am to 8am, we start with workouts and injury prevention for the first hour then do on the field drills and conditioning.”

What do you feel you have improved on most this off-season?
“I think I could confidently say both my speed and strength have improved this offseason.”

How do you feel your team will do this football season?
“I anticipate a big year for the Eagles, I think most people wouldn’t say the same, but after working with our guys and getting an idea of what’s to come I’m very excited!”

What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I personally feel like Page High School will be a battle, now there’s still teams like Oakland and Ravenwood but the first team to come to mind is Page High School.”

Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“I can easily say Duane Morris from Oakland is the best individual athlete we will have to face.”

Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“Yes I fully intend to play college football after high school.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“The schools recruiting me consist of UAB, Miami Ohio, Cornell, Dartmouth, Samford, Mississippi state, Washington, and Wisconsin.”

What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“Wisconsin is definitely recruiting me the hardest right now, and I’m just blessed and thankful to be in contact with their coaches and recruits.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I haven’t made any college trips yet.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“Although I haven’t made trips yet, the plan is to go down to Wisconsin, Mississippi State, and Washington this summer or fall.”

Have you done any camps this off-season? How do you feel you performed?
“I did attend a Samford camp and I personally thought I did quite well, and as I type this out I’m on the way to a UAB camp where I intend to do amazing.”

“Really my only other camp planned is a UT camp.”

“Growing up my favorite college was always USC!”
