How did the high school football season go overall?
“Overall I felt we had a pretty good season though we fell short of our goal of winning state, it was still a great bounce back year.”
What are your plans now with sports and workouts?
“Although the seasons are over, me and some of the guys have continued to work out in the weight room. I’ve also done some speed and agility training with Elite 3, and I’m currently looking forward to offseason baseball workouts as well.”
How do you feel your team will do next football season?
“I feel as if we’ll do great next year. Now that we’ve got a true look at what we’re capable of, the sky's the limit.”
What team do you feel will be the toughest competition on your schedule?
“I try not to overlook anyone because those are the games that creep up on you. That being said, I think we’ve established a bit of a rivalry with CPA now, and going up against our coach’s old team at Pope John Paul will certainly be a fun game.”
Who is the toughest individual player your team will face off against?
“Crews Law at linebacker was definitely a dog when we played them this past year, and that’s certainly easy for me to notice at running back so I’d have to give it to him.”
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I would love to play sports in college and compete. I love both football and baseball, whichever allows me to play at the next level.”
What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I currently have offers from Austin Peay and EKU. I’m also receiving interest and I’ve talked to some other schools as well.”
What school is recruiting you the hardest?
“At this time I would say Austin Peay and EKU.”
Have you made any college trips yet?
“Yes I’ve taken some unofficial visits to Austin Peay, EKU, Ole Miss, UK, and WKU to name a few.”
Do you have plans for any trips soon?
“I’ll be doing some camps this summer and touring some Ivy League schools as well.”
Did you have a favorite college growing up?
“I was always a LSU fan growing up and my favorite player was Leonard Fournette.”
