“I’ve improved on my speed the most, that was a big emphasis on our training this summer.”

“I have been trying to work out and run as much as possible to stay in shape and get stronger.”

“Strength, from last football season to this football season my squat has improved to 545, bench to 305, and power clean to 285. Lastly my squat was 455, bench 275, and power clean 245.”
